I will be the first to say that sometimes the generic IS less, and you can save just as much if not more by sticking with those items.
I’m definitely not going to say that I buy everything name brand. So forego the coupons, and don’t wait on a sale – sometimes the BEST deals are the generic items that are sitting on the grocery shelf in your local store. There was a point in time that we could say “Why buy Generic when we can get the NAME brand for less?”īut that is not always the case… at least without double coupons. Not to mention…… you can clip a coupon, and yet STILL Pay more than if you just bought the generic brand.
